The best thing about this hotel is the location. The best things to see and do in Granada are within walking distance.

The room I stayed in was facing a wall which meant there was no natural light. A massive let down in such a sunny city! One or two of the staff could have smiled a bit more!

Excellent location on the Grand Via de Colon. Internet was quick and reliable. If you are looking for a place to just sleep, then this offers a good choice.

Room smelt a bit from the downpipes when you first walk in, but clears up once the air conditioning gets going.

parking facilities were not what we expected. it was only a small parking garage with a car lift and little space. we had to give the keys to the reception for them to re-park our car like in tetris. at least they new what they were doing an nothing got damaged.

Location was excellent and shared bathroom was clean. If you are looking to explore Madrid for a few days the location made this good value for money.

Beds were not that comfortable, and may not be as pleasant in mid summer as many rooms look into internal courtyard

the location is convenient because it's located on the main street, Gran via Colon. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel. And it's closed to the historic area of Granada. I book a single room which has a large bed. It's worthy the money.

After check-out, they don't help to keep the luggage, instead, you have to pay 2 euros to rent a locker.

The location was very good and the services offered were great.

Even though the room didnt face the main street the location seemed quite noisy at times.

a couple next to our room made noise at 3am. the wall is so thin that we could imagine exactly what they were doing.

the location is really strategic to find foods, souvinears and busses.

Situation with easy walking access to the main areas of shopping and the Alhambra.

The room was not ready so we had to sit in the lounge for about 15 minutes on arrival about 1pm.

great location in the city center,a few minute's walk to the sights and shops; my room had a view over the Arabian part and Alhambra. The hotel was clean, the staff - helpful. Though it doesn't serve meals,you can have them at nearby cafeterias.

The lift could have been a little larger. It was not enough for the guests and the personnel, we had to wait for our turn.

the location was ok, although not much opened around hotel, close to bus stops, restaurants, interesting areas, big room, comfy beds, air con worked great.

Staff unfriendly, small bathroom, expensive to use internet, no restaurant in hotel, no grocery store near hotel.

The staff are always happy to help and we had a great view over Granada from our 6th floor room. The parking is right next to the hotel which is great if travelling by car. The hotel is fairly central (between the Albaicin and the Cathedral areas) and is close to the bus stop for the Alhambra.

The parking is very tight, so if you are driving an unfamiliar car, you might struggle!! But the staff will help you. Check in can take a while - but I put this down to the popularity of the hotel, which can only be a good thing! be sure to remember to request a double rather than a twin if this is what you're looking for.

The location was good and it was easy to get to by bus. Very central location.

Our room was very smokey, and they did not have a non-smoking room available. As a married couple, we were given a room with two twin beds that were not together. This was annoying. The staff were not very friendly or helpful in getting around the city. They would only take cash for the room..

1. Poorly English-speakng staff, and unhelpful: they didn't even help to park a car in the evening. In the morning it was alright, though. Also they close parking at 11 pm which was nowhere on hotel page. 2. Beg for the bath plug at the reception. 3. Wifi almost doesnt't work! I basically had to sit on the floor by reception desk to get 3 on the signal scale. 4. The parking is awful! It is so small you could mistake it for a closet and has terrible car elevator. 5. And for the heat-sufferers: they do not have ice. nor fridge.
